KRAV TEENS by KRAV CORE Basel

In our KRAV TEENS training we’re combining effective self-defense techniques with physical fitness training.

  • Staying cool in everyday life and in challenging situations.
  • Acting confidently and being able to assert oneself in conflict situations.
  • Recognizing bullying and sexual assaults at an early stage and taking preventive action against it.
  • Setting and enforcing boundaries.
  • Simple, easy-to-learn defense techniques to protect yourself and others.

 

Other topics include: Alcohol, drug abuse, negative influences and role models, social media, vandalism, honor crimes.

We offer your students action-packed training sessions in a protected environment where they can experience themselves in new ways and discover new resources.

These newly uncovered ressources make them more capable in everyday life and in stressful situations and it increases their resilience.

Serious and emotionally challenging topics are taught in a sensitive and ageappropriate way with a lot of fun and sweat.

  • Theoretical information (conflict phases / offender behavior / legal basics / communication / assaults)
  • Stress management to keep the overview even in critical situations
  • Understanding and being able to use verbal and nonverbal communication
  • Effective, easy-to-learn punching and kicking techniques
  • Protecting your head
  • Defense against the statistically most frequent assaults
  • Stress inoculation training/role-playing to build skills for real-live threats.
  • Functional fitness training to strengthen the body and increase stamina.
