The entry into the training is possible at any time in our trainings.
The entry into the KAPAP training (for advanced students) is only possible after personal consultation with the trainer team.
If you are a member, you can train at both locations: Kleinbasel and Dreispitz.
You are free to decide at any time to which lesson you come (day / time / location).
You have to register for the respective training session via our booking system Eversports before the trainings (exception: KRAV KIDS and KRAV TEENS).
Sportswear, clean indoor sports shoes and drinks.
For the KRAV TEENS and KRAV MAGA training the following personal equipment is MANDATORY:
Mouthguard
Boxing gloves
Groin protector (men only)
You can get the material from us or buy it yourself. We will be happy to advise you during training.
If you have a KulturLegi membership, please send us a scan by mail and we will set up your membership for you with a 30% discount.
